I was please at first with the results based on appearance. I encountered comm issues during the process but improved. I have been trying to reach him for months regarding some issues from his work that needs addressing and I can not get a call back. This is a common issue when dealing with smaller contractors. I am not happy with the customer service and quality of work. Simple as a call back is difficult.

They are honest and did great job..Yheu answer to you and respond to your call and you can trust them and you have not worry they will take your money and run . I will use them again and again with confidence .

Very satisfied with the work that was done. They replastered and replaced my tile, my pool looks absolutely amazing. They had the best price in town. Got over 10 quotes and they were by far the most reasonable. I was a little skeptical about hiring them at first because they didnâ t have an actual website but I am so glad I took the chance cause I am very satisfied. Miguel was very responsive and knew what I was looking for to satisfy my needs.

I had gotten a few quotes from other pool companies but asked the right questions and had the right answers. My pool plaster was long overdue for resurfacing. Miguel ( owner ) was very courteous and responsive. I hadn't considered changing old tile but Miguel extolled the esthetics new pool tile would make. I was reluctant but relented. I went with the glass mosaic tile. I peek thru my fence and noticed how the colors shifted with the light and angles. BEAUTIFUL! I'm not a fan of contractors who can't wait to cash the check but don't exert that same energy for doing a good job. FRANCYS POOL SERVICES went above and beyond.

Miguel is very experienced, timely and gets the job done right the first time. I have used Francy's Pool repair service twice this year. Once for a pool component install and once for a plumbing repair. Parts fee was fair and labor cost well worth his fee.

It was great

I thought that my pool pump needed replacing as although it was running, it wasn't circulating any water. I feel like an idiot because I failed to check the small filter next to the pump. Well, Miguel did, cleaned it out, and started up the pump. It is now running perfectly. Thanks, Miguel
