Swimming Pool Heaters Repair or Service
Wow! Thatâ s the best word I can think of to describe Swan Point Pools! We came home one evening to our pump not turning on and the screen being black. The next morning we reached out to the product representative for our equipment directly and they told us they could be out in 3 days. We then called Swan Point and by 10:30 am Darren was at our house! They went above and beyond to solve the issue in a timely manner to help us get our pool back up and running, including locating the broken part and helping us get it overnighted from Georgia and installed within 2 hours of the part arriving in Houston! I cannot say enough great things about our experience. Thank you so much to Jodi and Darren for all the help this week!

Mark Morrison and his techs did a quality install of a replacement pool heater. Mark and his guys are very professional, personable, approachable and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable. This was a contractor experience that is seldom seen any more, and was greatly appreciated. Call Swan Point for all your pool needs. You will not be disappointed.

Swimming Pool Heaters Installation and Replacement
Mark was competitively priced for a new pool heater, and he told me upfront about a potential additional cost before putting in the new heater, which thankfully I did not have to incur. He also brought another issue to my attention while doing the job, which I wasn't aware of and will need to have a plumber fix. It is a safety issue, so I'm grateful to him for telling me. He clearly knows what he's doing, is very professional, and did a fantastic job. Thanks Mark!

Mark was spectacular. I posted to Home Advisor and within 30 minutes he had me on the phone. We discussed a Multiport Valve replacement. Mark quoted a price that was well within reason. A few hours later he was looking at the project. He emailed the quote and we hired him. The next morning he was at our home doing the job, and finished in no time. I look forward to working with him again on some other issues that need to be addressed. I highly recommend Swan Point Pools.
