"A1 Plus Electrical had the best price, and the electricians and plumber did excellent work! The only problem experienced was that it took 5 to 6 weeks for A1 Plus to get the permits approved after stating that they could get the permits approved and install the generator within 2 weeks. All other companies couldn't do the work for at least 2 months or longer! I had to contact A1 Plus general manager to get things moving after several permit submissions were rejected by the city. A1 Plus mitigated this time inconvenience by installing an electrical outlet in the garage at no cost, and once the permits were approved, everything was done within 7 days. Permits were approved on Friday, and installation started on the following Tuesday, and city permit inspections were done on the following Friday! All within one week! Would I hire A1 Plus to install my generator in the future? YES!"

"My technician Brian was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge in a very easy to understand manner. He offered me suggestions for my concerns without trying to offer me products or services that were not needed. We had them upgrade our electrical panel to allow our generator to power our home. Brian not only showed us the process, he helped me to put my generator together and get started. A true professional and we will be calling him back out to install our EV Charger when the time comes. "Storm Guardian is a small family owned company. Of the three companies from which we obtained estimates I was most impressed with this company. The initial brochure with which I was presented when I  received the estimate was the most complete and informative about the company and the product.
Everyone was helpful. Myra and Cindy in the office were always very cordial and helpful in scheduling and giving me information. Example:Theywere very helpful in getting through the complexities of arranging meter pulls with the electric companies.The men that came for the installation were always on time and easy to work with (we had "mixed up" wiring in an old house). I was very satisfied with the whole process. It was a job well done.
