If you do not have prior HOA approval for the placement of your Generac, DO NOT pay this company in full upfront regardless of any discount offered. Our HOA declined our reques in December 2024 and we are still waiting for our refund. We received a partial refund in February and were told that we would receive the balance in March. It didn't happen.

Deciding to go with DM Electrical and Construction for our Generac generator and panel upgrade installations was the right choice. DM Electrical personnel were professional in every aspect from their initial visit to completion of the generator and panel upgrade installs. Margo and other DM Electrical personnel (Reyes, John, Rick, and Cole to name a few) were timely and did a good job of staying on top of things with the inspections. I certainly recommend DM Electrical to anyone looking for a contractor to assist with a whole house generator or upgraded panel installation.

I was extremely satisfied with the office staff, particulary Margo (VP)who was very helpful, pleasant and responsive. Also everyone on the installation crew did a great job and were easy to work with and informative. Rick was very patient and helpful with installing the app on my wife's phone. i only have high praises for the entire crew. i would highy reccommend DM Electric to anyone. Excellent! Contractor supplied both electrical circuit panel work, power cord, and generator installation and setup. Everything was explained in advance and was done on time. There was a part that came with the generator that was faulty and DM sourced quickly a replacement part in town and got it installed. Everything went perfect with this job and DM was above board!!
