"After the first month of the COVID pandemic, it became clear that my deck desperately needed replacing. It was a 10 yr old deck that was rotting and deteriorating, and could not stand up to the constant use that came from my family being home all the time. He and his crews handling of the air conditioning unit (again, another issue that no other contractor I spoke to knew how to handle) was smart, efficient and never required us to stop using the AC. When I met with contractors on this project, Charlie's quote was not the most expensive, nor was it the cheapest.
