These people were very professional in their work. Everything that was agreed to during the inspection, was done. After completion the clean-up was very thorough. I will highly recommend this company.

My husband and I appreciated the promptness of Journey Builders. The finishing details and clean up after the project were not 5 star worthy, but they were quick and efficient and the roof warranty offered will bring peace of mind.

I could not have ask for a more professional and curiosity person (Mo) to help us throughout the whole process. And the crew that did the actual job where very professional and did a great job!

These people are SCAM ARTISTS. I GOT A QUOTE FOR A ROOF REPLACEMENT WHICH WAS IN LINE FROM CARLOS. THEY CAME AND REMOVED MY ROOF AND AFTER KALHED OR KARRAM NOT SURE OF THIS PERSON. HE TOLD ME ALL MY PLYWOOD WAS ROTTEN AND HAD BE REPLACED BECAUSE THE ROOF WOULD NOT HOLD BEING IT WAS GOING TO RAIN THE NEXT DAY I SAID OK. WHEN THEY STARTED TEARING OFF I SAW THERE WAS ONLY 3 OR 4 BAD PLACES I CALLED KARRAM AND TOLD HIM FOR THEM TO STOP AND HE SAID IT WAS TOO LATE. SO I HAD $22,000 FOR PLYWOOD I DID NOT NEED BESIDES THE $14,000 FOR THE ROOF. I WENT IN MY ATTIC I SAW THE DIDN'T EVEN REPLACE ALL THE PLYWOOD! THEY ALSO ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED MY SIGNATURE AND FRAUDULENTLY PIECED A RECORDING OF ME SAYING I SIGNED THESE CONTRACTS. SO BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE THEY PRAY ON SENIORS I AM 74.

These guys are incredible! Got here at 6AM and did not stop hustling all day. The energy of this crew was amazing. So professional and experienced, I'm just in awe. So very glad i got this company on my job. They are protecting my most valued asset beside my children. My Home! Thank you for caring!

Expensive but quality work

Very friendly and knowledgeable they did what they said they would, got a beautiful roof. All questions were answered, their step by step instructions were appreciated and I would highly recommend.

Great customer service

Highly recommend Journey Builders.

We had some metal shingles that were damaged/bent by walking on them over the years. That ended up causing us a lot of problems down the line. Eric diagnosed the leak coming from the bent shingles themselves. The water would pool up, spilling backwards and ended up leaking through cracks in my roof. His guys worked diligently, and ended up getting the shingles replaced, and fixed the leak.

I highly recommend Journey Builders. Eric contacted me immediately after I asked for a quote for installing a gutter system in my house. FYI, my roof has a very awkward slope and I was unsure if they were even able to install gutters in the first place. But Eric took a look at it, and figured out a way. Thank you guys.
