They did such a great job on one of my rentals I hired them for my homestead insulation the following day! They put tarps down to protect my hardwood floors and cleaned up once done. My neighbor was so impressed they are using them too! Can’t go wrong. Our temperatures in the house were hitting 80 every night. AC thermostat on 71 and would not get relief with dropping temperature until 3:30 ish AM. Since the job was done we had thermostat on 74 and very pleasant & I like cold! I lowered to 73 10:00AM ish and It has remained consistent cool all day LOVE IT! Pre insulation lived with thermostat on 71 pretty regularly and comfortable for couple hours and then the temperature would continue to rise almost without exception to 80 by 7:00 PM until early morning. "Avi, the technician who responded to my request for a quote, arrived on time and did an excellent job defining the work to be done and my options for dealing with my problem. A leaking water line had soaked the ceiling above the bathtub to the point where the ceiling collapsed. He thoroughly explored the area involved, noting where the water had damaged framing and sheetrock, the limits of wet insulation, and, equally as important, areas where the water did not penetrate. Based upon his assessment, he advised me that a very limited area was in need of repair and that the most cost effective approach would be a handyman. Then he helped me remove the wet insulation. It was so kind and exactly the help I needed. This speaks volumes for the quality of people who work for this firm and their approach to customer service. I was very impressed that he didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I know who I'll call when I am ready to redo or enhance my attic insulation or duct cleaning.
