I could not give Koala enough stars Tyler is the most honest man I have found in the business industry He is polite, sweet, and a fine gentleman. The word upsell is not even in his vocabulary I asked about a feature and he told me I really didn’t need it Most companies would have totally agreed for more money for the job I have been stung by that before His crew came out earlier than the appointment time and were so nice. Tyler takes great care of his workers. He insists that they can only stay in a very hot attic for a short period of time before they come down and rest so their health is not affected You could not ask for a better set of work ethics than Koala I have already given several of my neighbors his number The price of the job was exceptionally reasonable and payment plans are offered You cannot go wrong with Koala Insullation!!!

It was an amazing experience. They were not the lowest bid and not the highest. We hired them because from the initial meeting you could feel you were working with good people. The install crew were younger guys. And they treated us with a professional experience and respected our house. They worked quick and pointed out things they seen as issues. I hired another contractor that I have been working with to address one of the issues they pointed out. Most likely saving me a ton of issues in the future. I have nothing negative to say and yeah I'm a real customer and appreciate the job they did for us.

I was amazed by the service and follow up of this company. The technicians that blew in the insulation made my family feel comfortable and safe. They cleaned up afterwards. The price was reasonable and I felt no salesmen vibe or games. The company let me know what I really needed, and even talk me out of some service because it would not be worth it. After the job was finished there was a problem with a leak in the new attic fan; which was caused by the old fan and not their installation. Three guys came during a rain storm to fix the leak within 2 hours of me calling them. I can not praise this company enough.

Good price & Excellent professional service from start to finish! Definitely worth the investment as I feel the difference in my home. I highly recommend to upgrade your home insulation!!

All work performed in a timely and professional manner. Estimate for work was provided on the initial visit. Supplies were scheduled but a bit delayed due to the overall impact and magnitude of the freeze in Texas. Good communication to keep me apprised of the situation however, which was appreciated.
