"This is a 1 man show, with a few contractors apparently but I only saw Ramy (?). We had an upstairs with hot rooms and my AC guy said we needed insulation, so I called this guy based on the reviews. He took a look and basically said the cheapest way to go was roof vents so we wouldn't have to demolish the ceilings (no attic, so the drywall would basically get all chopped up). I was a bit skeptical since this guy mentions Jesus every chance he can, but said why not as $800 seemed fair enough for 5 vents based on labor, since he did have to chop holes in my roof and seal up the vents later. He did all of it in around 3 hours the same week (plus maybe an hour later to put on more roof tar), always called ahead, and was on time. He didn't have a temperature probe to measure the work, but since he finished, the rooms are a lot cooler and my wife is happy. I found my temperature gun and it's definitely cooler. So given the AC doesn't work as hard and our upstairs stays cool, I'd say he knows what he's doing. I just ignored his constant references to Jesus and blessings and such as I don't hire contractors to spread their beliefs. The guy sounds like a used car salesman at times, but he does seem to know what he's doing, and he does follow up afterwards. So as far as contractors go that's pretty rare."

They took videos before and after the cleaning so I was able to see exactly how blocked my vent truly was. They were also able to replace my dryer vent hose, which had collected water since the vent was blocked at the roof. Expensive? Yes - but beware the service you might get with another company's Groupon. You get what you pay for. My dryer runs better now than it did when it was brand new. I would hire these guys again in a minute. Excellent job!"
