"This company was amazing! Jim was very informative and quoted me over the phone and said he could get it taken care of same day. The installers showed up and were very professional! I was informed they would shut the water off and have everything swapped out in a couple of hours. They laid drop cloths to protect my wood floors from the front door to the Attic access in the laundry room. They quickly drained / removed the old unit and installed the new hot water heater. They showed me pictures of the new water heater and explained what was done and the warranty information. Also gave me advice for a water alarm I could purchase on Amazon for extra safety measures. I paid my bill, the installers left, and I realized all that was done in 1 hour! I highly recommend Water Heater Pros!! They made the stressful situation of replacing a hot water heater a quick and painless experience. Reasonable prices with friendly, professional, superb customer service! I would give 10 stars if I could!"
