"I want to put my conclusion up first, so you don't have to read everything below to get to it. Simply put, I interviewed 5 outfits to put in two tankless water heaters - Dave and Affinity is the only one you should consider, hands down. Dave was not only extremely professional, but he also understood how upsetting it was to have to water heaters crack open destroying ceilings and walls in our home and leaving us only with cold water. Though I learned much through the internet, he listened carefully and then gave explanations that made sense in light of what I had learned. After all his patience, he then proposed a plan that made sure that I felt comfortable that I would have an endless supply of hot water at the elevated temperatures and flowrates that I wanted for our large house. This was unique. I called in 5 outfits - Dave was the only one that listened to my needs and made sure that they were met. Because he knew we were without hot water, he made sure that he and his crew put in a first heater within 24 hours of our accepting his bid and finished the full job off not three days later. The work was highly professional, looks great and works great. I didn't want to tell Dave this (but I'm sure he'll read the review), but he also was the most affordable and offered the highest rated tankless water heater. He offered me the model that I felt I couldn't afford - the Mercedes Benz (Ferrari?) at a price I couldn't just afford it, I couldn't say no to it. On top of it, he's highly personable and trustworthy. I doubt I'll need another tankless water heater, but if you're looking for one - this is the only outfit to consider."
