"Our experience was AMAZING! Mike & Sidney were far beyond customer service orientated, they have a true love for their profession and compassion for their clients. All of this occurred the day before Thanksgiving and they worked 9/10 hours to ensure we weren't left without power for 4-5 days because the City and Utility Companies were closed. The guided us in the whole process of communicating with our PUC and what needed to be said to make them realize we were in a hazardous situation & had a medical necessities. They made sure the City authorized and released the permitting quickly.
