Technician and phone staff were very professional and nice, however 2000 dollars to swap out 6 room light switches for dimmers and motion sensor was really unacceptable.

Daniel was very professional and thoroughly diagnosed and reviewed the proposed repair and cost to get approval. He repaired the short, and was careful in trenching to avoid damage to pipes and wires in the yard. He also helped us by calling the CenterPoint electric to repair a power line that was hanging too low.

I had to pay two companies for the same issue, Mister Sparky and then the company that actually did the repairs correctly.

They were awesome we hadn’t had electricity all night and they were booked when I called at 6 am she made sure to get us worked in. Clint and Cornell were angels to our rescue. So professional and they wanted to make sure we got our electricity back on after 24 hrs with no air in Houston area it was 84 in our house. They were amazing even the centerpoint worker complimented the work done when they came to turn on electricity again. Will definitely use Mr. Sparky again!!

Not good. They want me to rewire my entire house. When they were really here to figure out why my outlet not working with my T.V. My husband just tack the wire to the outside of the room and it work. Total misrepresent themselves. Tony is a great guy. Since he been moved up to management. The young guys are not master electrician. They go back and asked him.

I chose this company after reading the reviews and I was extremely happy that I did. I got 2 wonderful, personable, reliable and professional representatives, Gina and Matt, and between them they did a GREAT job. Turned up on time. Were thorough in their work and I feel went above board to ensure that I was taken care of. Centerpoint had to be called during the visit. They spoke to the Centerpoint rep that turned up to make sure the correct work was carried out. Overall, this was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this company and would call them again. Thank you, Gina and Matt! :)

Very pleased. I had gotten another quote that was more than twice what Mr Sparky quoted. Plus, before Michael started the work, he made an evaluation of my whole system. Michael was pleasant and professional. He explained everything and offered safety tips, as well. The office staff was pleasant, efficient and responsive. I will call Mr Sparky first from now on.

I originally called them out to look at my spa, but when they told me it would be $600 just to diagnose it and then additional for whatever was wrong. I elected not to have them proceed. While they were here, they did an inspection of my panel and indicated that I needed a different breaker for my A/C and a new grounding rod. They charged $400 to do both of these. Later I realized they replaced a $10 breaker and $9 brass rod. I understand they need to make a profit, but 2000% profit margin seems a little excessive. Needless to say, I will not be calling them back out. Shame, since my first experience with them was very good.

This is a follow up review. I previously posted a review on 12/21/18 wherein I cited issues I had with Mr. Sparky. My issues did not deal with quality, but rather pricing and after-action resolution. Two local owners contacted me and explained the gentleman who was supposed to reach out to me and address my concerns, had separated from the company leaving my issue unresolved. They addressed my concerns and I can now give them an 'A' overall rating. I will use them again the next time I have electrical needs. Very pleased with how they addressed and rectified my concerns.

Have a house built in 1938 with some original knob and tube wiring. Had shorted out a circuit so had several rooms without power. Bill figured out where the problem was and was able to make an interim fix until we can replace the panel. Made a recommendation to consolidate two old panels into an up to date single panel. Work scheduled for next week.

When Bill arrived I already had the plumber here replacing the water heater. At that time I was unsure if there was an electric problem in addition to the electric water heater going bad. Bill worked with the plumber to get everything fixed.
