Allied Siding & Windows

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hired them to replace all my siding and install some doors on my home at the beginning of last summer. They finally started in October. After replacing the siding, the workmanship was so poor, reps from Hardy and Tyvek had to come train them how to do it right. After tearing off all the siding to start over, they were still cutting corners. I was pressured and harassed to make the final payment, which I did before thanksgiving under the promise they would return after the holiday to finish the job. I have been dealing with them for 9 months with countless emails and phone calls and have been met with nothing but empty promises to finish. Not a single person has done any work since before thanksgiving when I gave them the check. They damaged property, covered up mistakes, covered up shoddy work, and won't come back to complete anything. Do not hire this company if you want a quality job.

Install of siding, soffits, and fascia was good and reasonably fast.  Clean-up was OK; could have been more thorough.  Some overspray onto bricks during painting; too rushed.  Site foreman refused to re-attach satellite TV cables to siding, saying his company didn't do that.  I called company sales rep later, and learned that statement was false.  It took more than one week to get them back out there to fix.  Company slow to measure, schedule, and replace window.  Took more than one month for completion.  Sales rep at Allied office was courteous, but hard to reach by phone.  Took long to return calls.

Everything went great. I had gotten several estimates for different types of materials. David the salesman who came out was very knowledgeable and did not use any high pressure tactics. I felt very comfortable using this company. Jessica in the office called me several times to keep me informed about start dates and the name of the crew chief in charge of my project. Santos , the crew chief, arrived on time with his crew and went right to work. The entire crew was great. they worked really well and got it all done in a few days. They cleaned up at the end of each day and actually left it cleaner than when they started. I am extremely happy how it all turned out.

The salesman was very professional and thorough but did not take an unusually long period of time to explain the details as we had a good idea of what we wanted. Their price compared to others was markedly less for the same product. The installation was done on time and completed in about 3 hours. The final work is excellent. We plan to use them next year to replace additional windows.

This service was amazing! Chad was an awesome person to work with. He came to our house and consulted us on color and window style. The actual work was completed at a timely manner. Our house now looks amazing and has saved us energy with everything being updated. Our windows and screens are such a lifesaver. We could hear every single thing outside now we can sleep in with no noise! We appreciate everything that Allied Siding did for us! WE love everything about our house!

The Allied salesman was very informative and helpful. His quote was written up in detail and allowed me to know exactly what to expect of the completed job.
The customer service I received was excellant. She guided me through the process, supplying me with the right contacts, dates, what to expect, and anwering all my questions. She was very professional and friendly at the same time.
The workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. The foreman explained everyday what work had been completed and detailed what would be worked on the next day. The workmanship of the job was outstanding. The workers all take pride in their work and they made sure I, as the customer, was completely satisfied with with each stage of the process in how it was going and especially with the finished job.
I would highly recommend this company and asked them to list me as a reference. I already have one neighbor who has since signed a contract to have the same work done by Allied Siding and Windows (Dallas). And several other neighbors have stopped by and admired how my house looks. They were definitely impressed.
I am an extremely happy customer with Allied and will continue to refer family and friends to them.
