When expressing these concerns to Five Star Painting's project manager, I was met with extreme hostility and an absolute lack of understanding. Instead of having a discussion about my concerns it was immediately escalated to a "production manager" - almost as if this happens quite often . . . The back of my house still needs to be finished with touch-ups because the paint work is clearly undone. We have reached out several times and gotten no response. I don't know how I'm supposed to trust that they'll honor their warranty on the stucco and paint if they can't even honor their word to come finish touching up what they already did. I wanted to be able to leave a good review and refer them to other neighbors needing stucco work done, but I cannot do that now."
