"We flew out to Texas to look at homes in Mansfield, planning a move there. When we told Brenda that we were coming she blocked out her entire schedule for the week to show us around. Brenda drove us in her car and offered insight on Mansfield we wouldn't have been able to get from someone that hasn't lived there for 18 years. Brenda was also a teacher in the school district so she understands the challenges and changes each zone within the ISD is experiencing. She is ear to the ground and finger on the pulse for the city all the way. She did a great job helping us find exactly what we wanted and getting long showings with respective sellers. She follows up with sellers relentlessly and would rather you avoid a bad deal than make a sale. She pointed out cracks in walls which indicated foundation issues that would have been absolutely devastating to get stuck with. She was also really excellent in pulling seller disclosures, which informed us about foundation inspection and mold abatement that had been performed on properties. Before she showed us homes we asked to see, she researched them and handed us worksheets with data we were able to mark up our thoughts on.
