Austin's Irrigation

I’ve used Austin’s Irrigation several times and he’s always prompt and fixes the problem.

He was very professional.

Fine. Quite guy. Just got down to business. Properly dug up grass so as to allow plugs to be replaced without leaving ugly scaring that would take a long time to recover.

The problem was identified though he did not have a part and asked to come back at a time convenient for us. A couple of days later the sprinklers wère fixed.

My husband was pleased. Service went went very well.

Excellent work and responsiveness.

Called yesterday, he came today.  Very good communication, better than quoted price, polite, and professional.  He even gave me a few minutes to bathe the kids before he shut the water off.  Really nice guy!  I will definitely call Austin again.

Was trying to find someone quickly because we clearly had a large leak somewhere. Austin responded quickly and was able to come in on a Saturday. System has been working great since. Will continue to use him.

We appreciate that Austin made time to add us the next evening to his already full schedule when a broken sprinkler head prevented us from using the system. Another company on Angie's list had told us their first availability was in 2 weeks, 2 other companies did not return messages, and a third had a full voice mail box. Austin called when he was headed over and got everything fixed and working!

I bought a home on a acre property and the sprinkler system was hardly even working. Austin did a fantastic job and it was no easy task since I had multiple breaks in the lines and pretty much most of the heads needed to be replaced and realigned. The system itself needed to be replaced. Austin was really great and went the extra mile. I would highly recommend him to everyone!!

We thought he was over priced for what he did.  We wouldn't use him again.  My husband said it should have been around a hundred.  The service was fine.  He got the part he needed and came back the next morning. 

Austin did a fantastic job repairing our sprinkler system.  We had a valve that was stuck on so we were wasting a lot of water.  I called several irrigation companies and they were all busy and couldn't get to me for several weeks.  Water was flooding our lawn and our neighbor's yard so I had to turn off water to the house.  Austin's Irrigation was the only irrigation company that was able to come out the following day.  He quickly found the faulty valve and replace it in under 2 hours.  To my surprise, the bill was under what I thought it would be.  He knows his stuff and was very pleasant to work with. 

If you have any irrigation problems, I highly recommend Austin's Irrigation. Thanks Austin for a great job!!!

Austin called before he came, arrived right on time, and quickly diagnosed the source of the leak in our backyard.  He was able to quickly make the repair and fixed it right the first time all while charging a very fair price.  I would definitely use him again, and would recommend him to other members.

Austin arrived the next day as planned.  Valve box located and solenoid was replaced quickly.

Don't call Austin unless you want the best ... he sure knows what he is doing, honest, energetic and solves your problems.

I called Austin's and he came out very promptly.  I explained where I thought the irrigation leak was and about an hour later he had found the real source of the leak, a PVC joint that had separated, and fixed the problem.  I also had a problem with my cheap irrigation control box.  He offered to replace it with a new one, but after I explained what was wrong, he fixed the box too.
I was super happy that he got my system up and running for a reasonable cost.

We were selling our house and the inspection revealed issues with the sprinkler system on one side of the house. We found this company on Angie's list. He came the same afternoon we called to repair a zone that was not functioning properly.
