Great job would use again

Mr. White was professional in every aspect of the job. He even came out on a Sunday afternoon, which truly surprised us. Mr. White promised his report would be sent by Monday afternoon, and it was. Everything he promised, he did, and we could not have asked for a nicer person to work with in this capacity. We would highly recommend him for any real estate appraisal, and will use his services again in the future if the need arises.

Was able to come look at my house within a few days of contacting me, and send me the report a couple days later.

Very professional

It took 9 days from the time AT White came out to get our appraisal report. We left messages via phone and text and did not get immediate responses. If he would just communicate with his customers up front and tell them when they will receive their report he could improve customer service tremendously! Monday night he finally returned a text and said we would have our report on Wednesday. On Friday still no report, no contact to give update and called him 4:15 Friday and left message and than text requesting report but no response. Keep checking email and finally received report 5:51. Still no communication that he had sent report. We lost contract on our house because they waited 8 days for us to get our own appraisal but since we could not get a true response of when we would have report the buyer canceled contract. The reason we paid for appraisal was because the lenders appraisal only spent 30 minutes at our home and never entered our shop and we felt like we received an inaccurate appraisal and we provided the buyer a list of items that was left off. When we received our appraisal from AT White he did not value our water well/holding tank, sprinkler system on our 1 acre and only valued pool at 10,000. So, after waiting 9 days we do not feel like we received an accurate appraisal. I guess it is a buyers appraisal system and not a fair appraisal for all!

Would not recommend right now, due to not getting the appraisal in a reasonable amount of time. Does not return emails and not likely to return a phone call.

A promised report in about 5 days. On day 7, no answers. On day 8, (several calls later) Probably tomorrow. Late on day 9 (Friday) report finally emailed.

It has been almost two weeks and have not received an appraisal and no contact from Mr. AT White. Paid contractor and did not receive the appraisal. I have called the company and did not get an answer. Left two messages, did not receive a return call as stated on the recording.

Mr. White called me very quickly to discuss my needs. I was pleasantly surprised when he was willing to schedule for the next morning at the same time as the home inspector. He arrived for the appointment on time. He was very thorough with his work. I was told the report would be ready in 3-5 days. I received the report on the afternoon of the fifth day. I was very pleased overall.

He was the first one to call when a quote was requested. He came on the phone and came to my house the next day and I closed business with him. When he arrived he was wearing mask and gloves and performed the job. I paid him right then and there. He did not have a receipt but signed a piece of paper stated he received my money. He said I would receive my appraisal in 3-5 business days. After 4 business day I called and was sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail asking when the appraise would be sent. I never got a call back, my husband call on the fifth business day on his phone. That number was known o him and answered within two rings. He said he would have the appraisal by today 04/24/20, the 6th business day. I called him today at 11 am on my phone number and was sent to voicemail again. I left a message asking him to call me by 11:30 or I would open an complaint with HomeADvisor. He still has not called or sent the appraisal even though we have reached the contract time.

A.T. White was quick to respond & accept the job. He was calling me 5 minutes after completing the online form. He was quick to come out and do the appraisal the very next day. The price was reasonable. He was polite. My only concern was it took a while to actually receive the appraisal. We were told we would receive the appraisal in 3-5 business days. But delivery exceeded this length and took 10 business days. The appraisal was done on site on January 7th & delivered by email on January 20th. Keep this in mind if you require a faster turn around time.

I was very impressed with Mr. white. He kept his appointment and was very timely. He went right to work and did an awesome job explaining everything to me. Great person!! I would definitely hire him again.
