Gave me a free inspection of roof, pointed out damage, met with insurance appraiser. Walked us through the entire process and provided valuable guidance. Was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. Ian and Rebecca Shull could not have been more honest and helpful to us. The crew showed up exactly as promised, worked diligently and professionally for the entire time, finished the roof that same day. They covered my pool and shrubery before they started and took special care that they did not harm any of my property. They cleaned up as they went and left not one scrap of paper or drinking bottle on the site. I could not be happier with their service on any level. If you are looking for a company for a new roof or repair, you will not find any company that even compares to this one. I give this company a much better than A+ rating, but there is nothing there to rate it as much as I would like to.

Keeping to his word, he showed up the next day and spent about an hour going over our whole roof. Of course, you always expect that damage will be found and and a new roof needed; however, Tony was very honest with us and told us that he found nothing that warranted a new roof. In this day and time, it's very refreshing to work with someone this honest. If/when we do need a new roof, we will most definately contact him for the job.

Owner, Tony Bua, worked with us directly from start to finish to ensure that my husband and I were completely satisfied. The process as a whole was seamless and relatively simple, as Tony handled all the details. If we ever had questions or needed to communicate with him, he was always available by phone or email. Tony personally came out to check that all materials delivered were correct and ready. The crew worked hard and completed the entire job in one day. Tony was present the whole time to make sure all ran smoothly. We had a full roof replacement, ridge vent, and gutters installed. Even after the roof install was complete, he stayed to make sure our yard and flower beds were properly cleaned of debris.We will certainly use Next Level Roofing in the future, and we recommend this company and Tony with great confidence that he will not disappoint!

If you read my other Reviews, I have never given all A's on Angie's List; but this time I had to! Tony worked with us on every step of the process (which by the way is more complicated than I thought). He was always on time, and never missed any of the meetings with my insurance company personnel. He definitely knows the roofing business, and is very professional when interacting with the insurance company. He also did an excellent job making sure the gutters and window replacements went well. He was here when the the roof went on, and always checked with me when the work was completed to see if I was satisfied.A class act!
