I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

He would also be able to install the toilet if the estimate met with our approval. The installer arrived without calling first, did not know now to install the toilet and gave an estimate of $1,300!!! $1300!!! My husband and I installed the same toilet in our son's house and we have no plumbing experience whatsoever! I called the company and asked for a manager and none would take my call. They will come to your house under the pretense of providing an estimate. They start at $200 for air conditioning duct cleaning but then claim to find mold. They act honestly and try to help you by offering the best deal. What began as a $200 service ended up costing me $2,700 for cleaning 15 a/c vents, all while alleging that they found mold. Sadly, in my effort to protect my family, I ended up paying for something that wasn't true. I know I will lose a significant amount of money, but I hope no one else has to go through what I am experiencing. I can’t ask this person to feel remorse for taking so much money from a single mother trying to keep her home clean and healthy for her kids. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hoping these people will learn not to take advantage of others and to be honest with their customers."

We learned that our son is sensitive to mold and found that our existing units, which were 15 years old, had mold in the plenum. We reached out to five local A/C businesses in efforts to find a person or company we felt comfortable with who would install two new, trustworthy HVACs with a filtration system to combat mold.
