It is not the time you paid for but the experience the technician has obtained over years to resolve your fireplace problem in 15 minutes. As part of transparency with our clients, prior to starting any work, our technicians are required to get your approval for the additional fees for any other services provided. If our technician failed to provide the price prior to starting the tune-up it is unacceptable.
