Install Pro’s was fantastic. They came in, gave us a competitive bid for the work and did a exceptional job on the installation of the Polk 5.1 Audio system. Even being completely flexible in speaker placement and moving the left speaker closet to the tv for a better visual appeal. Silvino is amazing to work with, he is patient, observant, and professional. He and his crew are courteous and extremely clean. I am already thrilled with the job they did and will have him back for my next audio/video project.

It went very easily everything was super fast and efficient. They asked about location gave us some tips on how we should locate it and explained along the way. Price was extremely competitive and they gave me a quote over the phone so there was no time wasting and just overall awesome service.

They recommended a great setup and followed through. I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

They were very knowledgeable and explained the costs and options. They recommend visiting the home (free consultation) to best determine camera placement & number of cameras required (some of several requirements by our HOA for architectural control approval). Their telephone quote was more expensive than others quoted by phone but in hindsight, I think their price probably reflects a better quality of service.

We've used them. We're very happy with them. It took them a couple of days to complete the service. It took 2 people to complete the service. They left the areas that they worked very clean.

Excellent - took 2 visits because the equipment we had was not working properly but all done i a couple of hours of work. The engineer was knowledgable, helpful and ultimately got the job done with no fuss.

I will use Install Pros from here on out! Gone are the days trying to use Geek Squad. First, the response and follow-ups to all of my inquiries were almost immediate whether via cell, text, or email. In addition, the pricing was competitive and the work was superb.  They were punctual and did not give a large window of arrival like many service companies do such as Geek Squad.  Furthermore, they were extremely professional AND personable with myself and my family.  I feel that I can trust the products they suggest as well as their craftsmanship. They are my new go-to service provider for any multi-media or alarm issues.  It is a great feeling to know that they are so responsive if I need anything!

These guys were fast, efficient, and highly professional. They were in and out in no time! Mounted a large, heavy, 46in Sony Bravia XBR TV. They even cleaned up after themselves. A+++, just fabulous service.

Installation was completed on a timely basis. We are pleased with the quality & simplicity of the equipment. Post  2 months after install we noted we could not view the images from the cameras. Contacted Silvino & he responded very quickly. Minor issue with a software setting. This is our second project with Install Pro. He might not be your lowest bid on a project but worth the price.

Even though my equipment was older and not 100% operable, was able to set everything up to work.  While I may not have wanted to hear it, he gave me the truth regarding my system and advised me on how to improve it.

I contacted Installpros by telephone and made appointment for review and quote to replace my current security camera system, My current system was less than 4 years old, but have had issues with system since it was installed,Silvino made appointment, and was right on time, 
I am a Technical support person by profession, but not in the alarm industry, Silvino guided me in the direction I need to go, I agreed, and we set an appointment to start the upgrade of my system. on the appointed date Silvino arrived on time, and got started right away, they worked until 8pm that evening, and came back the next day to complete the installation. 
 while completing the installation Silvino worked with my internet provider to configure the system for remote access, this was the main issue with my previous system, I couldn't remotely monitor the cameras. The installation was completed on time , within budget, and  I am completely satisfied with the project.
I would highly recommend this company for any project of this magnitude. and I have further needs I will certainly contact Silvino.

THE INSTALLATION WENT GREAT. I NEEDED SOME NEW SPEAKERS AND INSTALL PROS RECOMMEND THAT I GO WITH A MONEY SAVING, HIGH SYSTEM WITH ALL NEW WIRING. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
