"Susan - you will not come on here and lie about the service we provided. First of all, we did not charge you a single dollar until the job was done and you ACCEPTED the work (just the way we do each and every job). Also - we prepared each sqft of your job the same way we do every single other job; so well in fact that it took us 2 days to complete this job (the first day was mostly preparation). You should make it clear that I have message receipts from you the whole time leading up to this job trying to pay less and find ways to take work off the table to make the bill smaller. When we get started you still wanted all you wanted done, but you just didn?t want to pay. Admit it. Even still we worked with you and did all we said we would do (bring in dirt to raise levels, prepare the existing ground and lay sod)? Again we didn?t charge a dollar until it was done? when done we got the payment from you, with $500 off of the invoice for all the reasons you are charging back the card payment you made after accepting the job (which is credit card fraud)?. Now you are saying that the owner of a company needs to be at a job for it to get done? Do you think the owner of every company is present for every transaction? How would that be possible? Why do you think that we are not capable of running a company without the owner being at a job? A job that the owner quoted with his own eyes to start with, mind you. There are so many flaws and lies in your review and your charge back it?s not even funny. We prepared your job the same way we do with all the 5 star reviews we have and we have many jobs where the owner is not present. Large and small. ** We see the part about us ?maybe being able to handle a small yard, but that?s it?? Are you aware that your yard/job is just average for us?? Why do you seem so ready to make us out to be less than we are? Is it just because you just WANT us to be less? Does it have to do with our appearance, Susan? It certainly doesn?t have to do with the job we did. You called the sod place and tried to make it seem like it was our fault the sod was a little less green, but they gave you the facts about it being a matter of you just needing to water for 2 weeks; and that?s when you came back to us ready to pay (albeit $500 less than the invoice that YOU agreed to). We are very capable and our reviews and track record prove it. You said several times you have some health things going on and your stress level is up when you were being nice to us; so maybe that?s your reason for causing stress for us here. But we did exactly what we said we would and you have no reason (factually and objectively) to leave poor reviews and charge back your payment. You are just trying to get work for free, and we don?t appreciate you stealing from us after we invested in the job and waited until we were done to ask for your approval and payment."
"Michael - we did not include rolling in the invoice but the crew said they would try to comeback and do that as a favor to you. It is upsetting that as good as your lawn looked when we finished that you would come on here and leave a review like this."
