You have to have electricians here to make sure everything is disconnected, if they don't disconnect it and turn off the power somebody could have gotten really hurt. Instead they left Live wires everywhere. The gentleman who said he was an electrician, did he? He, he would, he didn't do it correctly because he didn't put the wires in the condolence because he didn't know. That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. They all were either, they were Hispanic in which it was very difficult for us to To talk to. And they just, they didn't even know Ruth who was the, um, Or just the project manager."

"I had the best experience with Metroplex Pro Builders. Max (general contractor), very intent on meeting my needs! I had major work done on my pool, re-plastering, new tile, deck repairs, a complete overlay on the decking surrounding the pool, (house built in 1979). Max gave me exactly what I envisioned and the plaster color & new tile is beautiful! It’s a fresh new look! Gerardo, contractor who coordinated the workers for the pool activity, worked his best to add all the final touches, & Max made sure I was happy with ALL the results. Plastering the pool was an amazing thing to watch! I also had a beautiful shiny gray tile backsplash installed in my kitchen, adding the perfect touch to my existing black granite countertops, white cabinets and multi colored porcelain floors. I had such a hard time picking out my tile, but Max met at Floor and Décor and helped me arrive at my decision. I’m very happy with the final results and will be calling Max back for more updates next year! "

"This landscaping job went well. The crew had a job just getting the remanis of the tree stump and roots out, before planting the 6 shrubs. The clean up of the flower bed and bush area was quick and efficiently done. The bushes in the backyard were placed just as I wanted despite the challenge of tree roots. Having a clear path to the faucet from to sides is great. I am very pleased with the results of their work."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"Can't believe this contrator is still in business. Kitchen remodel was of poor quality, employees not skilled, work left unfinished and what was completed was not done correctly. He ghosted us, never showed up when he said he would, never checked up daily on his workers, took money and did not use it on our project. DO NOT USE HIM !!!!!!!!!!!!"
