Sure is nice to have a new roof on this rainy Saturday afternoon. Foster Construction installed our new roof last week and we couldn’t be more pleased. We had experienced rain damage from wind and heavy rain with leakage into a bedroom ceiling. They repaired the inside ceiling and replaced the entire new roof. Philip Foster, as owner, not only owns and manages, but he works ho*** ** the job. His crew is courteous and knowledgeable. Lana, in the office, is on top of the job for you. Great! Our roof was replaced a few years ago was poorly done which has led to water leaks. Fosters arrived at the appointed time and found our problem. He came back the next morning and repaired it. He was very professional and we will definitely use him again and gladly recommend him to anyone.

Always on time, reliable, excellent workmanship, clean, reasonably priced. Also did a full remodel of 2 bathrooms making one wheelchair accessible. Interior painting, flooring and general repair were done. They were always on time, thorough with work, always left the site clean and swept, and very reasonably priced. We know the work behind the walls was as excellent as the visible work. Very trustworthy and we highly recommend them.

If you're looking for a company that'll do just about any home improvement projects, make sure to check these guys out. Everyone at Foster's was wonderful to work with throughout the entire thing. We needed to combine a pre-existing storage room and raised-floor workshop and get a concrete slab and wall footer poured in the workshop's place, in which they were more than happy to provide. The owner himself came out for the initial bid survey, gave us two separate quotes for us to choose from that worked with our budget (one with demo included and one without), and was there getting his hands dirty making sure everything was done correctly throughout the entire process. We're absolutely thrilled with the results and definitely will be reaching back out in the future for any more contract work.

Last summer my husband and I had extensive remodeling completed in our home. Phil provided excellent customer service and assisted with ideas, options and planning. He and his wife Lana did a fantastic job working as a team and providing efficiency with timelines on choosing materials such as carpet, paint, flooring, granite and even small items such as hardware and fans. This was super great as my husband and I have busy jobs and could not always stop in the middle of the day to go to stores for selections. We used Foster Remodeling for the big job but have had him back for smaller construction simply because I trust him and he is true to his word in professionalism and quality guaranteed.

Knowledgable, skilled, professional. Documentation and contract excellent. Entire process went smoothly. Initial project expanded once I saw the quality of work and scheduling opportunity. Excellent concrete work and landscaping. Cedar patio cover design and materials was top notch. Cedar plank also used on exterior wall under patio and to refresh front entrance. Cannot be happier. Left over cedar was used in the new mud room. Washer and dryer relocated and plumbed. Foster's also replaced all the old Masonite siding with Hardy plank. Sealed, caulked, paint exterior. Reset and sealed 10 exterior windows. Interior stairs brought up to code. Hardwood and wrought iron was used. A new railing was installed replacing the previous unsafe rail. Fosters also corrected an unsafe and extremely hazardous electrical issue from a previous contractor. New energy efficient LED lighting installed in main living areas. This company was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to call them again. My 37 year old house is new again. Thanks Foster's.

Kitchen Remodel of my 1930s house went great! Foster's Construction was professional and diligent and got the job done quickly and well! They fixed my tile floors, plumbing, built gorgeous new cabinets, new farmhouse sink, and made my kitchen look fabulous.

Everything went very smoothly. It was difficult finding a vanity with the sink on the right so we had to move the plumbing so I could find a vanity that would fit. What I thought was going to be an issue was a breeze for them. They were very good at cleaning up before leaving for the day. They were also very careful in making sure my dogs didn't get out with all the comings and goings. If you are looking for a contractor who does quality work at a fair price with customer service skills that are hard to find these days, look no further. Give Foster's Construction a call. You won't regret it.

Project went well and was on schedule even with unexpected electrical work. Phil and his crew were on site every day of the project. Everyone involved was professional and skilled. Closed kitchen converted to open concept. Looks like an entirely new house on the inside.
