Johnny and his helper were very professional with a wonderful work ethic. They performed the work quickly in spite of my mistake in purchasing the wrong faucet for the sink I bought. I will always use these folks for future plumbing problems and installations.

ROCKET ROOTER were here really fast. They're not too far from my house. The person who came out to my house was very personable and showed me everything that he was repairing. He was knowledgeable.

They were exceptionally nice and came right out. They didn’t overcharge and I would recommend them. We had a stop up in our toilets and it wasn’t very nice. I called the lady and she said that they would be out in 2 hours. So, he came over and did the work outside the house and went.

OVERALL, THE WORK WAS GOOD, INEXPENSIVE, AND TIMELY. WE STILL REPLACED THE WASHING MACHINE A FEW MONTHS LATER MOSTLY BECAUSE WE'D HAD THE OTHER ONE FOR SO LONG.

WE HAD SEWER BACKUP AND TOILETS WEREN'T FLUSHING PROPERLY. THEY WERE OUT SOONER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND WERE FINISHED QUICKLY.
