Arrived on time, next day after I called.  Worked quickly and efficiently.  Cleaned up well.  Very professional. Total time on-site about 25 min. 

Done the way things should be done.  They showed up right on time and went right to work.  Could have taken advantage on the inside job to charge me more unnecessarily by doing an unnecessary part replacement but did not do so.  Replaced the outside faucet quickly and efficiently.  They were very pleasant to deal with.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or to use their services again myself.

I really liked the fact that they are a husband and wife team. I'm usually home alone when we have repair people in and have had a bad experience. And they really worked well together.  They were quick and left my bathroom cleaner than it was before they started. We talked while they worked and they had some good tips for work I've been thinking about having done, but no pressure. All in all a great company.

It was a husband and wife team which was kind of unusual for a plumber. They were great. They were just fine I had no complaints. I did not know what to expect as they had to climb on to the roof and snipe it down through a roof bed. The price was a little more than what I had expected but I didn't have any real basis to know what to expect.

Pipe was clogged with non-dissolving baby wipe. Toilet tank parts were needed because "universal" parts I had installed from Home Depot were not usable in my 40 year old toilet. They came at promised time and explained what they were doing. Cleaned up after working and left everything as it was before.

Mr. Poer was there inside two hours even though we were not in an emergency situation. He and his wife work like a well-oiled machine, getting the water turned off while I explained the task at hand. He was able to make the switch without problems, and they cleaned up the removed items and took them away. Everything was well handled. Only problem: if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, there may be a problem. It is not overwhelming, but it is noticeable.

I?ve been using Mr. Poer for ten or more years. He is courteous, he is professional, he is prompt, and he is a perfectionist to the nth degree; he won?t leave until the work is done correctly. There is no question in my mind that I?ll continue using him.

We've had a very good experience with them. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. It took them a minimal amount of time to do the job.

We called with a laundry list of items that needed to be looked at. During their initial visit, they were able to complete all the repairs except for the sink faucet. For the faucet they made a temporary repair and ordered some speciality hardware. The final repair was made about a week after their first visit. We have used Poer several times and have always been very pleased with their work. In addition, they always provide what seems to be very practical solutions and advice.

We found him in one of our neighborhood bulletin and it is a local husband?wife company. They work around this area. I had some problem with my bathtub two or three years ago and we called them for it. They came in and did a really good job. They were very nice, very personable and we continued to use them after that. They tell you when they are going to be here, call before coming, so, they are also very, very professional.

I have been using him for the last twenty years and he does excellent work. He knows what he is doing, takes his time and does it right the first time. He never had to come back for the same work, but, has always been available whenever I needed him. He is available on weekdays and weekends. I would highly recommend him to anybody.
