Small jobs welcome

"I honestly wasn’t sure who to call when I needed several mannequins and portable toilets hauled away—I guess that’s not exactly a problem you Google every day! Thankfully, this company showed up ready to work, didn’t ask too many questions about why I had all those mannequins (which I appreciated!), and had everything loaded up in no time. They were professional, friendly, and worked fast. They turned what could have been an awkward cleanup into an easy, stress-free experience. If they can make a yard full of creepy mannequins and porta-potties disappear without batting an eye, I’d trust them with just about any cleanup job. Highly recommend these guys! I never thought I’d be leaving a five-star review over the removal of portable toilets, but here we are. They treated those porta-potties like they were evicting unwanted tenants—quickly, professionally, and without a single complaint. My yard smells better, looks better, and my neighbors have finally stopped giving me funny looks!"

"They installed a 6-zone automatic and wireless irrigation system at my home. Pedro came and assessed my property, free of charge, and did a great job explaining what would he recommends and provided a quote. He was very detailed and meticulous. From there, we picked a date for the install. They were able to come a day earlier for the install and installed everything in one day. The systems is running great!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Lead toxicity comes from inhaling lead or consuming it. Before the 1980s, when the government banned lead from consumer use, it could be found in paint, plumbing, pipes, ceramics, and even gasoline. Lead paint is toxic for the same reason lead itself is toxic, which is why lead poisoning from paint presents the same as lead poisoning from water or food sources, with a slight increase in respiratory symptoms vs. digestive symptoms. Lead paint is most dangerous when it’s old and peeling, cracking, or otherwise disturbed. This increases the concentration in the air and, therefore, in breathable air.

By using PPE, sealing work areas, and following containment procedures.

You can paint over lead paint, or “encapsulate” it with a special paint that includes an ingredient called an encapsulant. The EPA approves encapsulation as a lead paint removal method as long as the paint remains undisturbed. Standard types of paint without an “encapsulant” from the big box stores or hardware stores do not meet EPA standards for remediation of lead-based paint.

The best disposal method for hazardous waste is to take it to a professional dumping facility that specializes in and accepts hazardous materials. These facilities will dispose of the materials in a way that is safe for both humans and the environment. If you don’t have access to a nearby facility, the best way to get rid of hazardous waste is to call a professional garbage removal company who handles disposing of hazardous materials .

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hazardous waste is generally classified into four main categories:

1. Characteristic Wastes: These exhibit at least one of four hazardous traits: ignitability (flammable, like gasoline), corrosivity (can rust or decompose materials, like car batteries), reactivity (unstable and can explode, like aerosol cans), or toxicity (harmful when ingested, like lead-based paint).

2. Listed Wastes: These are specific wastes from manufacturing and industrial processes that the EPA has officially designated as hazardous. They include byproducts from processes that use solvents, pesticides, and other chemicals.

3. Universal Wastes: These are commonly generated hazardous items that are subject to streamlined regulations. Examples include batteries, pesticides, mercury-containing equipment (e.g., bulbs), and some lamps.

4. Mixed Wastes: This category includes waste that contains both hazardous and radioactive components, making it subject to regulation by both the EPA and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
