"ETs Septic have been maintaining the septic systems for my family’s properties for quite some time. They were paid already for a year’s worth of Maintenance contract. The system was checked in April, but didn’t notify us that it was not working. So when we had come in onsite in May to check for problems, I found that the septic system was not working and water had backed up into the house. Eric, who was chewing tobacco while talking to us, said that he would (1) replace the septic pump and (2) fix any broken pipes that led to the septic tank for $1500 and hire someone else to (3) pump the waste from the septic tanks for ($500). I already hired professional plumbers to fix the broken pipes that were underneath the house, which needed a city permit to dig a man-sized tunnel underneath our home. Eric is not a professional plumber but he was furious and yelled at my mother over the phone for hiring someone else to fix the plumbing. The plumbers only repaired the pipes that were broken by roots. They did not touch the septic system at all. Eric cancelled the maintenance contract that was agreed upon from earlier in the year for this home and another property, believing that we had hired someone else to do their job. After I tried to explain to them that they’re was a misunderstanding, he still refused and sent me a lengthy text about non-payment and hiring another company to do the work. ET Septic Services are unprofessional and I would never hire them again."

"Please go somewhere else but not here, we contact Gabriel to do our irrigation sprinklers system, we noticed since the very beginning he was being very shady and even lazy to dig enough into the soil even with the gas trencher, we asked him to make sure he dig enough to not having pipes exposed on surface. Very unprofessional, no insurance or any warranty of any kind. we paid $4,000 for the full system.,Since the very beginning we faced multiple issues, just to mention the first week the system won’t turn on, he come back saying that the memory card or SD card on controller system was broken, multiple calls and wait time for him or his crew to repair everything. We have over 8 leakage problems, hoses and PVC tubes exposed on surface and even electrical cables! Gabriel has no insurance over any of his jobs , no invoice or even written quote was given to us. When we ask for his insurance he denied to respond, when we ask for the service quote or service invoice as all pay off, he just say that he don’t need to give us one. We asked him to at least repair what was broken and make sure that his job don’t represent a life threatening situation like having exposed wire on the outside soil. Please go somewhere else but not here! 0/10"
