Ryan did a great job with our home inspection; he was very detailed and had great communication. The report came in way sooner than I expected, I have no complaints and would recommend others to use SEI.

Travis was money well spent. He found discrepancies in our new home that we would not have been aware of. Travis expertise and knowledge highlighted issues that we now will send to the builder for repairs. Hiring Travis was the best decision we made during the home building process. We hired him for the pre-drywall structural inspection as well as the pre closing inspection and ended up bringing him back for follow up inspections in both cases. Travis was professional, personable, and took his time documenting and explaining things to us at each and every visit. He carefully annotated photos and included each item in the report citations to code or industry standard where applicable. If and when we ever buy another house, Travis will be our inspector, period.

They have a team of inspector, that let me get and appointment in 3 days for this big and tall townhome 2000+. Amazing the level of detail and catches, they use all sort of tech, thermal imaging, including drones to check on gutters, roof, high vents. I have now a detailed report with pics and explanations to renegotiate with seller and then do the fixes. for $50 extra they provide an estimate of the cost to perform each of the fixes and a list of contractors. Isn't it awesome? And the pricing is very reasonable compared with competition.

I would recommend Travis to anyone we know. He was on time and immediately got to work, the report was awesome and very detailed you would think builders on a new home construction wouldn’t miss things like framing or hvac issues but apparently I would be wrong. A new home buyer wouldn’t think to check all the issues in a typical first walk through and would have missed items Travis found. I would recommend having a third party like Travis and SEI Inspections for and home purchase.

Everything went very well. Inspection was on time and very detailed, really made me feel good to know everything about the house I was planning to buy. I was referred to SEI by my brother who is extremely careful with who he works with and said that SEI was fantastic and he was right. They were very responsive & flexible with last minute changes and will most definitely hire again.
