However the garbage disposal did leak the first time around of installation so he had to come back next morning to tighten the installation so that it doesn't leak. Unfortunately, the glue used in the installation wasn't strong enough and the sink fell off later in the evening. Bluefrog offered to send someone out that evening to fix (this was after 10pm) but I was able to prop the sink up and told them to just come in the morning. "So, my old disposal started leaking from the bottom--not good, so I called Baker Brothers. We are on their family plan which is helpful for two reasons. One, they get you on the schedule as soon as they can, and two, you get a 15% discount for any work done. That same family plan also includes free AC checks, so I recommend doing that. They are and can be pricey, but it's been worth it in our experience using them. They always give you options and have a list of prices for certain repairs. That would be nice to know ahead of time so they can save the trip, but I get why they do what they do with pricing. I discovered the leak Sunday afternoon and they scheduled me for the following day. Our tech was Glenn, and he was great!! He was friendly and was quick and thorough although it was just a disposal replacement, so the difficulty wasn't too high for a plumber--just not something I could trust myself to do. We actually purchased the model of disposal we wanted. It was virtually the same model/type but just brand new, so it made the replacement that much easier. The job took all of 30 minutes and you are notified roughly 30 minutes before they arrive which is nice. My wife and I would recommend Baker Brothers."
