"Cliff responded promptly and was able to evaluate the situation same day. I tried 2 other specialty leak detection companies and they were backed up 2-3 weeks. He located the approximate location of the leak, but could not pinpoint the source due to the location being by a beam. He went over possible scenarios and options to address each. We chose to tunnel under the foundation to cause less inside damage and he had a crew out first thing the next morning. I got home around 2PM and he had already found/fixed the leak and they had started replacing the dirt! They also took great care in replacing the dirt and causing as little damage as possible to the plants in the flower bed. Cliff had opportunities to inflate the price, but did not and I appreciate his honesty. He even repaired a wobbly toilet for us at no charge! He's a great guy that performs a great service and i would definitely use him again.

"The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. "The crew consisting of C.J, Matt, and Josh showed up exactly on time, covered their shoes and got straight to work.  In order to access the mixer tub/shower mixer valve, the crew had to cut a hole through the bedroom wall directly behind the plumbing pipes in the common wall.  When the installation was finished, the crew left a cross shaped hole in the sheetrook.  They offered to cover it with an access panel, but I chose to forgo the panel.  I plan to close the hole with sheet rock, tape and bed it myself, then repaint that wall
At  the same time, a crew person installed a pump on the hot water side of the water heater, and a manifold under the kitchen sink.  We plugged the pump in, powered it up, and in no time, we had almost instant hot water at every faucet in the house, including the kitchen and dishwasher, the farthest points from the water heater.  We are happy with all the work performed by  Butler Plumbing today.  They gave us a 5 year warranty on everything they did today.
The Grundfes hot water system cost us $697/ the installation of the shower/tub hardware cost $453.  I received a $25 Angie's List discount coupon, and 10% old-timers discount.

Made existing kitchen opening 3 times bigger. Installed marble back splash, porcelain tile under base cabinets, appliances, rewire electrical for recessed lights and wall plugs. Smooth ceiling and wall finish. Redid sink plumbing. Each morning Alex would prep work area by covering floor and each afternoon clean work area. Very respectful and easy to work with."
