This was the second time I had them work on my house. First time unclogged kitchen drain and installed new toilet. This time the outdoor faucet was leaking. It's an older home and it appeared to be the original faucet attached inside the brick of the house. They explained what they needed to do to fix it and gave me a fair cost. Plus they told me to download a coupon from their website and gave me a senior discount. Fernando did the work both times and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Very patient with all my questions. They are my go to guys from now on for any future plumbing needs.

They were outstanding. I’ve used them twice. The cost was very reasonable. They told me they were busy. It was a really bad day and a lot of people had broken pipes. They told me that their schedule was full.  Apparently, they had a cancellation and they called me back and came. I will use them forever for sure. They did the repair immediately. It was within a couple of hours from the first time we called. They told us they couldn’t come so I tried to find somebody else. They got it done quickly.

I've used them twice. I like the serviceman. I thought he did a good job and I thought it was reasonable. The second time I used them though, I think I ended up paying way more than I probably should have. It took them an hour and a half. I like the guys. They did a good job. I think I just paid too much. I like the service. I loved everything about it except for the price. They did good workmanship. I just think that signing the contract for the job instead of by the hour, sometimes you probably went out and sometimes you don't and I think I've been on this one. But other than that, I liked the service. I just think that was too much money. There's nothing wrong with the service. I would give them an A on the guys themselves and the services they did. The only I wasn't really happy about was I think I paid too much. I would use them again.

They have been very professional.  I got bids from others and they came in a little bit lower than the other ones but they are also have higher ratings at that time so we decided to try them out and we have been really happy with them.   

They are professional.  They clean up and they are excellent.  They responded very quickly.  We pay an annual fee and we get a discount.  When we call them, they are there within twenty four hours.  They are very professional and they are up front.  Their cost usually comes lower than what they estimated.  

They were really professional and guaranteed their work. The main technician have brought a technician in training and he was explaining to him. They wear booties on their shoes. He has all the parts in his truck. It was a little expensive but it was plumbing so I understand. They came out a day after I called them and they were on time.

We awoke to discover water standing on the floor of our laundry room, hallway and sewing room.  I called Butler Plumbing right away and was told that they had a crew in Plano, Texas that would be at our home after they finished that job.  The crew arrived at our home an hour later and got right to work.  The crew used electronic devices to trace water lines under or in the slab, and were able to ascertain that there was a leak between one manifold (where hot and cold water pipes converge and are then sent to several different faucets), and another manifold under a cabinet in the master bath.  The line that connected the two manifolds was sealed, and a bypass water line was installed through the attic.  I expressed concern about the possibility of a water line in the attic freezing and breaking, but the plumbers showed me the hose/pipe they planned to use, which was very hard, flexible, very strong rubber/plastic pipe that could expand in the event of freezing, although I was assured that the pipe was insulated, and that threat was minimal.  I hope they are right.  The entire repair job took about 5 hours, and I am very happy with the responsiveness, the professionalism, and quality of service I received from Butler Plumbing!

They were on time and professional. Their price is fair.

I actually had another plumber out the night before and an irrigation guy out that morning, but unfortunately the other plumber and irrigation guy assumed that the plumbing in my yard made sense.  The Butler guys were the only ones I could find that could come out the same day (aside from Ben Frank, but those guys are way expensive) so they were who I went with.  They came over about 2 hours after I called and dug around and did tests for what I wanna say was about 2 hours.  Do you remember the building in the Ghostbusters?  How it was made by demon worshippers or something and the architecture itself would increase spiritual power or something?  That's how my irrigation system is.  I'm pretty sure the same guy made it.  Anyway, the guys were pretty bewildered but eventually told me that the only thing that could possibly fix it would be if they capped off a mystery pipe which probably went to a sprinkler.  They capped it off and indeed the leak went away.  I'll need to actually fix the sprinkler when it's warmer out, but I don't need to do that for now.

I really like the service and courteous attitude.  They wore protectors to keep dirt off the floor.  They did a great job.

They did exactly what they promised and did it well.  
I have a new expansion tank and they have completed the tub faucet rebuild.  All the work was done as promised and they were polite, prompt and neat.  
I would definitely use them again.

They were excellent.

They did a real good job.  They came right in and they saw what needed to be done.  They made a couple of recommendations and I think they were good recommendations.  They put a little sonic thing on it so that it can tell when it overflows and it notifies me.  They just did a good job for me.  They were quick and I think their price was reasonable.

They did a great job!  They explained everything that they did and how to prevent future problems.  They even repaired the brick wall(something the last guy didn't do). They were very nice.  I will definitely use them in the future.

They did an excellent job and you can't even tell there was a replacement (except the faucet looks new!)  The brickwork is perfect, everything works as it should.  They did just an amazing job!!
