At Footprints Floors we're a step above the rest! We are a one-of-a-kind family owned and operated flooring installation and restoration business. We have spent the past decade mastering the installation and restoration of hardwood as well as the installation of laminate, vinyl, carpet, stone and tile floors, backsplashes, staircases and baseboards. From small repairs to large refinishing and installation projects, we pride ourselves on offering top quality workmanship at a fair price. One of the ways we keep our costs low (without compromising the quality of our services) is by completely eliminating the need for any type of showroom - decreasing our overhead, logistics, and staffing requirements and passing those savings directly onto you, our valued customers. Footprints Floors did a wonderful job with our new tile floors. From the very beginning Alan was so responsive and professional and I was very impressed. A detailed estimate was presented in writing and every change was documented and signed off on. The crew that installed the tile was so good. Not only were they skilled, they showed up every day on time and worked hard all day. Brice was a great project manager and checked on the progress every day. I would highly recommend Footprints Floors for your flooring needs!

A 2-day project took 5 days. The job was done in a rush, where preparation and quality of work were not even close to what I was expecting. It felt as if I had hired the keystone cops. Never will I hire them again, lesson learned!

Absolutely would hire this company again! Alan was very hands on with the project and had his tile guy out to the house in a very reasonable time. Very good work from start to finish - when done all the mess was gone and just a beautiful tile fireplace. Call this company first and you won't be disappointed!!!!!

I received 3 estimates. One was double the cost of the other two. Between the 2 that were equal, I felt that Alan explained the job in great detail and offered options to save money. I had the feeling that he would be sure the job was done properly - it was. His crew did a great job and cleaned up so that the space was spotless. Very professional.

We had to have some flooring replaced after having water damage by our back door. We did not have any more of the flooring and Alan walked us through the process including places to go to try and match flooring best. I was unable to be at the house, but had a family member there while the work was completed. Alan texted me with updates and pictures during the install process. It looks great! Not only did they do a great work, but customer service was superb! Thank you!!

Initial experience and quotes were great. However actual job took much longer than quoted. Attention to detail was lacking in some areas; multiple areas werent sanded uniformly so we now have unevenness in floors in a couple of places. Baseboards were put back poorly. Communication was great at first but then went downhill; we werent told the color we wanted was more and very different from what was in the quote.
