Family locally owned and operated Mansfield based Septic company. Serving the Mansfield area for septic type needs since 2002. Lowest Pricing in Dallas FT. Worth area! We can clean and pump your septic tank no matter how dirty the job is!

"They came right on time. The guys were very respectful of my yard and lines. They pumped out my system...then snaked the line to the tank. When it would not drain from the house. I said I had a big snake in the Garage...the guys came and grabbed it and went above and beyond to get the 2 clogs out from inside my house. Who does that any more? Well, this company does. So kind and amazing!!! The price I was quoted before the job was the price I paid when they finished. Wow. Seriously...this is who you need if you have a septic issue. Just wow!"

Septic Tanks questions, answered by experts

Septic tanks are typically buried between four inches and four feet deep, depending on the property, the soil, and the size of the tank. When the septic tank is buried on the deeper end of this range, it may be harder for you to locate it on your own with a soil probe or just by observing the yard for signs of the tank. However, if you have trouble finding the septic tank, a pro will be happy to help you.

Unlike an urban sewer system that runs wastewater into a central drainage system, septic tanks are a house-by-house system. They are the ultimate destination for all your house’s wastewater—from bathtubs, showers, sinks, toilets, and washing machines. Wastewater flows into a tank buried in the ground outside your home, and then water runs from the tank to a drainage field using sloped pipes.

Some signs that a septic tank is full include wastewater or even sewage backing up into drains in the house, foul smells coming up through the drains or around the yard, pooling water in the yard, spongy soil underfoot around the septic tank, gurgling noises in the pipes, or grass that looks lusher or greener than normal without any new lawn care services.

Yes, you can adjust your well pump pressure relatively easily by yourself. You’ll need to remove the cover from your pressure switch and adjust a nut that controls cut-in pressure. Learn more about how to adjust a well pump pressure switch with a step-by-step guide to setting your water pressure.

There are a few signs that you might notice if your drain field is bad. For starters, if you see standing water or soggy grass above your drain field, it could mean that it isn’t working correctly. Or, if your yard smells like sewage, it could also indicate that there’s a problem with your drain field. Repairing a drain field costs an average of $2,000 to $15,000.
