The actual work performance was acceptable; however, the cost was outrageous. It should be noted that $632.18 of the total cost was not given as an estimate. The original cost of $757.75 was on the expensive side, but was given as an estimate for initial work. The bill was not itemized....
Everything works, so that's good--but messes were left at each place the plumber worked. Old parts were left on the floor, water from the toilet base was still left on the floor after repair, tank bowl was not cleaned.
