"It was easy to schedule the appointment. I bought a package for fall maintenance of heating and spring maintenance for A/C. Mark called when he was on his way to my house. He ran the A/C, cleared drain line, checked for loose wires, checked blower motor, checked equipment outside, washed down condenser. "After the Texas winter storm hit we had our main line coming into the house was busted on a fitting so called the office on Tuesday and let a message, my call was returned on Saturday morning said they would be out the next day. Arrived promptly on time and repaired the pipe, even reinstalled the insulation around the pipe. Knowledgeable in what they were doing and very nice. Will make them my only plumbing company"

(For some reason I could not find the business again when I went back to write this review.) While some other companies REFUSE to give a ballpark quote, even when you know exactly what needs to be done, Ray quoted me a reasonable range.
