He helped me choose the tile as we had to match the existing tile and stone design. He was meticulous in his prep work, removing and replacing rotten wood and insulation under the tiles. He did an exquisite, high quality job with the tile design and installation. I am truly pleased with the job done and my experience throughout the process. He was willing to negotiate his labor cost upfront and never tried to add additional labor cost even thought the project took a little longer than expected due circumstances beyond his control.
