This is an area where the metal roof comes together at many odd angles. We were very anxious as more heavy rain was expected within the week. Adding to our concern was the possibility of supply chain issues we'd read so much about. Tom Dragoo responded quickly and understood our sense of urgency. He assessed the issue, assured the materials needed were readily available, and scheduled his team; Who, btw, were remarkably punctual. And for contractors, that's saying something! "Cody Bartlett came the next day after calling him regarding the missing shingles on my roof. He went onto the roof and did an inspection. Let me know that he could replace the missing shingles but that he also needed to seal some areas of the roof. He came over a few days later, replaced the shingles, sealed the areas. He had taken pictures so I could see before what needed to be done and after what he had done. It was great to be able to see both sets of pictures. He was great, polite and very professional. I would hire him again."

"If you are looking for a roofer, then stop right here and hire Duration Roofing and Construction NOT only do I have a great looking roof but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I rarely give 5 stars but with this company I wish I could give more stars. When I was interviewing Roofers, Darryn, came out and not only did he give me a free estimate, but he walked me through the whole process of replacing the roof and help me understand how my insurance company would handle the claim. He gave me the facts and no pressure, which I so much appreciated. He was here the whole time while the roof was being replace to make sure NO short cuts were taken. If I had any questions and called he was the one who answered (which is so rare these days) or if I sent a text or e-mail he would respond so quickly it blew my mind. Not only does my roof look great, but his customer service was excellent, which is so rare to see these days. Roofers have such a bad reputations, but Duration roofing squashes everything bad about roofers. So again if you need a new roof I can not express or said it enough you would be crazy NOT to hire Duration Roofing and Construction."
