They were on time, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. We live quite a ways out of town so getting any repairs done has been a challenge. Not a single person (A/C, plumbing, painting) measured up to our experience with James. We had a project that we’d given James authority to repair but he knew immediately what the problem was and that we could fix it ourselves with a $2 part. He easily could have done it and charged us for it. We would have been none the wiser. Bottom line. James will be the one we call for anything and everything we need done.

He took the time to review with me what the options were so that I could be comfortable with the service, and guaranteed his work with the option of follow up if necessary. Very detailed and able to work with, but also excellent communication and courtesy. Definitely recommend.
