Wilcoxen Plumbing

Have used Wilcoxen a number of times recently for typical plumbing repairs. Have been pleased with the speed, quality, and pricing of their work. Also, they are readily available on the phone. Would definitely use them again!

Wilcoxen plumbers have been very responsive and professional when dealing with a old plumbing system at our shared lake house. Maintenance on a 50 year old property can be challenging but the team from Wilcoxen have been able to meet that challenge and make the repairs promptly. We appreciate all that they have done for us.

Wilcoxen re-piped my entire house, both water and sewer lines. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great! Very professional. Did not get as much water pressure as they thought was needed in the time they had alloted so they charged me less than the usual service call amount and were to call me back to schedule another visit. They did not call back but the water pressure is much better than it had been so I did not call them either. If it gets bad again I will call them back for this or any other plumbing problem I might have. They were exemplary and I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent work. Timely arrival, really fair pricing. Wilcoxen will be my plumber of choice in the future.

They were professional. They took care of three separate problems. Their price was reasonable. They were fabulous and they came out when they said they would. They called ahead before arriving for the appointment.

I met Lawrence at a small office building I own to check out a non-working sewage pump.  Lawrence did arrive a little late to my appointment because his prior appointment took longer than expected.  Lawrence removed the pump and I took it in to a shop in Austin to see if it could be repaired.  It turned out that the pump was not worth repairing.  I purchased a replacement pump and brought it out to my building for Lawrence to install.  The installation went fine and the new pump is now working away.  Lawrence and his helper did a good job and I will use him in the future.

Wonderful to work with; won't call anyone else but them.

These guys are the epitome of gentlemen! And my God, extremely fair on their pricing....I called on Friday morning....hoping they would be able to come over some time that day.  When the dispatcher told me they would be in Wed. of the next week and heard the disappointment in my voice, he immediately looked at the calendar, (especially because he knew I was taking my business elsewhere). Within 4 hours, the plumbers where at my house and the pipes were move!
No only had my pipes been move in the wall that I had knocked down, they actually cleaned up some of the debris I created when knocking down the wall...plus a little more  of taking care of the customer!
This company goes far past "competent, fairly priced plumbers"...These individuals are good people!!!! Not only would I have these folks back to my house to fix something...I'd have them over for dinner!
Truly good folks...Passionate about the community....I know I'm calling theme again!!!!

Plumber is always on time; he calls ahead of time. Hard worker and does not try to take advantage of you. Polite and responsible. I will definitely use him again.

They were extremely friendly, and even though it was not an emergency they scheduled us in quickly. We were pleased with both price and the service. When we first called, we were also looking for well service, which they do not do; however, they recommended a great guy with whom we were also pleased.

I called several plumbers for estimates on new hot water heaters. I got a call back immediately from Stacy at Wilcoxen and Lawrence Wilcoxen swung by a couple of hours later to take a look at it. The first thing he did was to try to fix it. He didn't just eyeball it and try to sell me a new water heater. After troubleshooting the control valve, we determined that it did need to be replaced. Since the water heater was 11 years old, we then decided to replace it. He gave me a quote on the spot and honored the quote even though he had to do a extra work to get the water heater in the closet. I would recommend Wilcoxen to anyone needing plumbing work done.

We arrived at our lake house/vacation home and were greeted by a horrendous sewer/sulphur smell. I called and the very nice lady who answered the phone gave me some simple advice that worked beautifully and saved us a service call. No charge! I will remember this in the future because unfortunately, a lot of companies would have come out to give the same advice and charged.
