I also asked him if he could do another project for me while there, and he had the tools to do this unexpected request. Joshua was professional in every way, he showed up at the time agreed, worked steadily with expertise, knew exactly what materials were needed for the work I needed done, and charged me a fair and reasonable price. They thoroughly cleaned, prepped, sanded, repaired/replaced rotten wood, painted...and cleaned up. As the crew left each evening, they stacked their ladders and gathered their equipment and materials so things weren't scattered around our property each day. They did the entire project exactly how they said they would and I didn't perceive them taking any shortcuts. Their 14-year old son worked with the experienced painters so this really is a "family affair." As an extra bonus, Maria came out at the end of the work to walk around and provide a "woman's eye," though there were almost no oversights that needed their attention. She even left a couple of decorative gifts for our home. A true class act.
