"Top Rail did a great job installing a privacy fence and driveway gate at my home. The cedar planks are so pretty. Top Rail folks are so nice, accommodating and professional. The job only took one day and the area was nice and tidy when all done. I would definitely hire them again!"

"I needed a wheelchair ramp built in a very short period of time. I signed up with home advisor and I got 3 hits. I sent a request to all three but they were the highest rated and the first and only ones to respond. Nancy talked to me that night and the ramp was installed 2 days later.
