They listened to me which is huge. They found what was wrong, unclogged the pipe, ran water through and watched that it was not leaking any more. He took time to educate me, who knew the ac unit dropped through the pipes! He gave me recommendations and instructions to prevent mold. He was a very respectful young man and they were done in an hour. They even took the trash from the Sheetrock and insulation though I put a trash can beside them. Which Rick Ellis did he cleared the main line, and a branch line took considerable effort, and time but he got the job done.
