"Howard was here on time, gave me a free estimate, carefully explaining exactly what was happening with my very old toilet we discussed repairing vs replacing. "I'm very impressed with Mackenzy’s Plumbing and Drain Cleaning! Mack was so helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price quote and there were no hidden costs at the end of the service! The work was completed fast and it’s working beautifully! The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a highly qualified professional and honest plumber. I will definitely use them for any other plumbing jobs that I have. Thank you Mack for your service."

"Did not do my project but they were very timely, responsive, and offered a 2nd opinion. Very professional & not pushy. I would recommend them"

"These folks came out on time, were very honest, friendly and competent. The reason I did not hire was because I looked into another solution that worked at no cost. Turns out the problem stemmed from a poor installation under the sink and the original installers agreed to come out and fix the problem which they did, and it solved the problem. I greatly appreciated the gentleman from APS coming out and giving his take on the issue. He was spot on, just didn't need as an elaborate fix as he stated. I would call them again."

"Replaced my outdoor faucet quickly that I couldn't budge with my tools. Answered all my other plumbing questions. Price was high, but I've never seen a plumber or electrician charge less than a couple hundred no matter how simple. I have peace of mind though with the year warranty."

"Had a back-up sewer line or lines called 3C Mechanical Technologies for help. We used them in the past and trusted them to find the problem and fix it. Which Rick Ellis did he cleared the main line, and a branch line took considerable effort, and time but he got the job done. Was very polite and keep me appraised of what was going on, and what needed to be done. Also even cleaned up the work area when he finished. Costs for labor, and work were fair."
