"Bottom line. Temple [Member Information Removed] had a huge storm I was called to come look at a person that owed a house by the name jack [Member Name Removed]. Not [Member Name Removed] I told jack I would tarp it up and send bill to insurance company. He said ok. Time went by, so I asked Jack where the money was. He said he didn’t know so I called the insurance company. They said they sent him a check for 1500 bucks to pay me for doing the repair. Finally, he admitted that he received the money then he told me it wasn’t worth 1500 bucks that he’s not gonna pay me the 1500 bucks, so I was like OK that’s fine so I had to put a lien on this guy‘s house and the only reason I got paid is he was trying to sell the house if that wasn’t been for the reason. I would’ve never got paid, and then I would’ve had to put them in jail for not paying for services rendered. Therewas never anything wrong with the service. I saved him from several storms that in itself should’ve been worth that, if the insurance company thought it was a scam. When II talked to them several times.,The insurance company would never paid the money. He pocketed the money and never paid me. That’s why I put a lien on his house, these guys are a bunch of crooks ""
