We had a metal roof that was leaking. Steve gave a fair and comprehensive estimate for the job, and communication during the entire process was excellent. He replaced all the screws, replaced all the boots around the vent tubes as well as one of the vent tubes itself, and installed some flashing that was never installed by the builder. After completion, Steve showed me pictures of the problem areas before and after completion. Overall, a great job and we couldn't be more happy.

Steve did a great job repairing my parent's roof. His price was very affordable and he was prompt and gave me pictures of the work after it was done. I was able to contract his services even though I am in California and the repairs were done in Texas!

Steve is dependable, affordable, informative, and friendly. Last year, I did some asphalt shingle repair on my roof around a skylight that was profusely leaking. He quickly fixed the problem and charged a more than reasonable fee.

Excellent response time and very courteous, fast service

The final price was less than originally quoted because he had some of the materials on hand and the job was not quite as large as expected. Not many contractors ever charge less than the quote. He's very honest.

Steve was very prompt in replying to my request for an appointment. He took photos of the problem areas, as I myself was unable to climb onto the roof, and then sent photos showing that the repairs had been made. It is rare to see such professionalism in the building trades, and I plan to call Steve for future roofing needs.
