We purchased their black friday special. Just like the last time, they were on time, pre-treated the bad spots and rotovac'd the rest. Professional and personable as always. Carpets look great again. Will definitely use again in the future.

Outstanding work. Outstanding customer service. Arrived early and did a great job in spite of no access to running water or electricity, so could not use their Rotovac. Traffic areas were in pretty bad shape, yet they delivered for me. Highly recommend them.

I have about 475 sqft of ceramic tile, it's almost 25 years old, and the grout had gone from very light grey to pretty much black, my young kids have been brutal on the floors. Snyder's was able to get all my grout back to its original light color, I was amazed. There was not a single spot they couldn't clean 100%, even in heavy traffic areas like the kitchen. Excellent communication and follow up, honest measurement and pricing, showed up a few minutes early, worked quickly, left no mess, couldn't ask for better service.

I was very pleased with everything Snyder's did. They were punctual, actually arriving ahead of schedule. Christine explained the procedure and they got to work. About two hours later, my tile looked like new again. The cleaning process was very thorough with no residue and the tile was dried (the grout sealant took a few hours to dry but that was explained before hand). Christine was very friendly and professional. Because of the large amount of tile I have, I'll be looking for more specials from Snyder's!

Excellent job! The Team showed up on time, looked the job over, explained the process. After the previous owners 2 dogs, the tile floors were very dirty. After Synder's finished, you could see how clean the floors felt.

Christine's email instructions of how to prep for the cleaning were clear and detailed . That helped immensely. Stains were animal and traffic -related :deep seated, greasy and black-brown ; Christine assessed each room and each problem , explained what and how she would handle it. She noted afterward areas of where ( in her opinion) results were less than optimium, but my perspective was that the carpet looked new again. She warned in advance that 48 hours drying time was needed, so we could prepare. She's upfront, her assistant is quick and talented, and I'm happy. Snyder gets 5 stars from me.

Excellent! Christine showed up right on time, which was a problem I had with another carpet cleaner, Between her and her partner, they well organized, provided additional cleaning to the urine area, and had the job completed very quickly. The rug smells great and looks amazing. Will call next year to have all my rugs done by Christine. Highly recommend!
