Zerorez Carpet Cleaning

Paid $1200+ for pet stain treatment in August 2022. Now area looks worse. Called them and told me to send pics. I did. No response. I tried chat. No response. Tried again today. Told me $127 to come out and then will give me a quote since past 30 day “guarantee”. I was repeat customer but never again.

Great! We've used them for a number of years. The process they use is so efficient and dries really quickly. I would highly recommend them to others.

We have really old carpet. Our tech, Anthony, did a fantastic job and worked really **** ** our carpets. He was incredibly patient with our questions. This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with a carpet cleaning company, and we will definitely use ZeroRez again.

Technician showed up on time; was prepared and had the necessary equipment. My original conversation with the dispatch office was based on an assumption that the ducts were dirty. Turns out, that wasn't the problem. The plywood base that was holding the air handler had warped from age and condensation. Unfiltered air from the AC closet was bypassing the inlet filter and entering the Heat/AC system from small cracks beneath the air handler. Technician inspected an air outlet duct with his flexible cameral and showed me that the ducts were clean and sound. His comment was just this, "It would be a waste of your money to clean these ducts. They have almost no dust inside them. There is no evidence of rodents; almost no evidence of insects living inside the ducts. What I see is that the leak between the plywood platform and the air handler has allowed dust and debris to build up deep inside the chiller coil. Strange thing is; the outside of the chiller seems to be fairly clean." I explained that I try to be a good landlord, so every time a tenant moves out, I clean the chiller with a hospital-grade disinfectant. His comment was, "That explains it. Since you maintain the chiller as best you can, the outside is good. Only problem is that you don't have the professional chemicals we use to clean deep inside the chiller coils. Has this chiller ever been professionally cleaned?" I responded that to the best of my knowledge it had not. The technician said that about every five to seven years the average chiller builds up enough junk inside the coils that the owner can no longer get the job done. Only a professional with EPA approved "no-rinse" chemicals can dissolve the junk and clean the chiller. He recommended that I NOT have the ducts cleaned, and instead pay a little extra to let him clean the chiller coils. He explained that the entire AC system seemed to be working correctly. There were no leaks, the house was cool when he walked in, and the compressor - condenser appeared to have been recently replaced and upgraded. I admitted that he was 100% correct. Bottom line? I had him skip the discharge - outlet duct cleaning and clean the chiller coil instead. After he was done, he cautioned me that unless I sealed the air handler to the surface of the plywood it was sitting on, the chiller would become dirty very quickly. The air that was bypassing the air filter was filthy and would build up on the freshly cleaned chiller within a couple months. Since it was inlet air, there was a vacuum sucking the sealant towards the inside of the air handler. He said this would make the sealing job very easy. All I had to do was apply the sealant around the outside of the air handler at the joint with the plywood, and turn the AC on. The vacuum would suck the sealant into the gap between the air handler and the plywood. Therefore, I would know where to apply more sealant. I could shut off the AC and re-apply sealant anywhere that the sealant had been sucked into the gap. This would ensure I had an "air tight" seal. That is a professional talking.

I was hiring them to clean our carpets in our new house. We wanted it done prior to us moving in. They showed up on time and seemed very nice but my total to clean was way more than expected due to some previous pet accidents. We needed it cleaned that day though in order to keep on schedule so I paid it and got the service done but will never choose again because they charge way too much.

Outstanding service. They were a little behind in scheduling, at 20mins over the 10a-12p slot, but it was fine with me. They called to inform me of their ETA numerous time. The work was done flawlessly and with meticulous detail. I'm really picky and critical. I had 2 large spaces done equivalent to 4 rooms with a promo discount from listening to a radio personality. The worker was very personable and interacted intermittently to check for satisfaction. If you look at the travertine, you may think it is a shadow on one side...its dirt. The grout is tan. Zerorez returned the natural color of the natural rock and grout. Amazing. I will follow up with a review in a few months to see if the cleaning holds up to its mantra.

VERY disappointed in the tile cleaning service and lack of caring on behalf of Zerorez. I had multiple issues - - they didn't clean behind any of the doors - they didn't move very small items - rubber backing from area mats that was stuck to the floor in a couple of areas was not removed - an entire corner of one of my rooms was not cleaned at all - I was left with varying grout colors and was provided several excuses as to why with none being valid (my group is consistent in thickness and never ever had any color variations previously) - While the technician was friendly, he was late and smelled like smoke and was constantly on the phone I spent almost $400 just to have the tile cleaned in my kitchen, very small laundry room, and a dining room. I contacted Zerorez both through their text survey and through their email survey and they didn't respond until 5 days later. I requested a partial refund but they only offered to have the technician come back out. As a single mom with a busy work and travel schedule and with the holidays coming up, that was not acceptable resolution for me. Their only response was "we don't do refunds". Well, guess what? I don't do business with Zerorez anymore.

Service tech was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Carpets looked good when completed, and tile looked brand new.

Anthony did an awesome job. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything in detail. He wanted to be sure I understood everything that needed to be done. The carpet is old and we cats. He did the best job making this carpet look better than it has in a long time.

Some parts of the carpet did not get as clean as expected.

I'm so glad we called ZeroRez! The vent guy came first and he was fabulous. His primary focus was making sure the air was healthy in the house and checking the vents, unit, etc for issues. We thought we needed vents cleaned, but it turned out there was mildew growing in the a/c unit itself and the issues with the returns. The vents weren't needed at all. He took pictures to show be before and after and made sure I was comfortable with the process and pricing throughout as the system required a deep clean. He also tested the air and found issues. He told me about a purification unit that would help, no pressure to buy anything and noted I could get it online if I wanted. He did have one in the truck though and after running it for 15 min we saw a staggering difference. I bought it on site. Then the carpet guys came. They talked with the vent guy and discussed all our concerns, thoroughly checked the carpet and explained options. We had some pet stains, he thought they would come out with the regular treatment but offered to do the deep clean which was more expensive. I was fine paying for it, but he decided to do the regular treatment and then check the spot and if he needed to do the deep clean he wouldn't charge for the regular treatment. I love that they are so thorough and cost conscious. They want what is best for the homeowner. Before they left they each detailed next steps. When I should change the a/c filter, how to get new filters for the purifier and when, when and how to treat the carpet. Who to call if there were any additional issues. It's been about a week and my son is breathing better. We all feel better. I'm very grateful!

Professional. Was pleased with services. Doesn’t try to up sell product...however from observation upon arrival, they do ask if you’d like other services you might not be aware of performed, but no pressure in doing it.

The worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. They are horrible. They are a bunch of caves. They could have made the experience better by not lying and stealing my money. I called them and contracted to do a certain job and they agreed to it. They came out and they refused to do it unless I paid triple what I had agreed to. I was between a rock and a hard place so I had to pay it. I had to have this done. They just totally lied to me over the phone. When they got there they lied to me and they refused to do the job for what they said they would do it for and how they said they'd do it. Basically they just said yes to get in the door and hope they could talk me into more money once they got here. I was in a situation where I could not call anybody else. It had to be done that day so I was stuck. They are liars, thieves, crooks and whatever else you want to call them. I told them to their face and I will be happy to let them read about it.

They did good on the carpet cleaning. They dripped water on my wood which made spots.

Your man arrive on time, did his job in an efficient amount of time and we are very pleased with the results!
