Our company was founded by someone who has always had a deep connection to service and leadership. Growing up around the fire station, our owner, Colton Purcell, was immersed in a culture of hard work, courage, and community from an early age. His father’s career as a firefighter inspired him to follow in those same footsteps, and he has proudly served as a firefighter himself for years. This firsthand experience in emergency situations has given him a strong sense of urgency and care when it comes to helping people in their time of need. In addition to his firefighting background, he has been surrounded by business leadership his entire life, gaining valuable insights into what it takes to build and run a successful company. This combination of emergency response expertise and business acumen ensures that our water restoration services are delivered with both precision and professionalism. Recently, he and his wife, Tammy, welcomed their first son into the world, further strengthening their dedication to serving the community. His wife’s strengths complement our owner's firefighting experience, providing the organizational foundation and customer-focused mindset that ensures our clients feel supported through every step of the restoration process. She’s deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, bringing a unique perspective as both a business partner and a new mom, fully understanding what it means to protect and nurture a safe home environment.
