It was a very difficult broken pipe that even the city couldn't find. On the 3rd try, Carlos repaired the problem free of charge. He was professional, and made sure the work was complete. Excellent communication and showed up on time when he said he would."

"Another great job. We used Andy's last year (2013) to install underground drainage. Unfortunately because of the summer heat and us being out of town during August, we lost the grass that was installed.
We had Andy's come in and give an estimate for resodding. This included removing the old sod, tilling the whole area, bringing in compost to mix with the soil. They also made sure the sprinkler system was working correctly with good coverage.
We made some plan changes during the work to include a bed with river rocks. The crew was not phased by the change, though it created more work and did it exactly as we wanted it.
We have had it in for about 3 weeks now and it is looking good (last weeks rain helped). Chris has been by a few times to check the grass. That is important to us as we are always leary of new grass, as it is never warrantied.

It is a known fact that electricians,plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. "Kerrville Plumbing did an all around great job removing and replacing two toilets for us.They were helpful in finding the exact, difficult to find toilets I wanted. They were helpful price they quoted was very fair. Two plumbers arrived promptly, got everything done in about an hour, and cleaned up after the installation. It was great doing business with them and I would definitely hire then again in the future."

"I wanted to write a review for “Sprinkler Management Dream Yards” because they did an outstanding job on the installation of our new sprinkler system. From the first day I called for an appointment, everyone was so professional. Mark came to look over the project almost immediately and Crystal in the office kept me informed as to when they were coming to do the proposal and when to expect them for actually beginning the job and when it was to be completed. The foreman was equally impressive in making sure all the tubing and parts was put in perfectly and that the lawn did not suffer from unnecessary digging. He made sure that the driveway, walkways, and porch were clean when the job was done. He made sure that I fully understood how to use the remote watering system from my phone app. I told him he was a perfectionist and he said that he is a perfectionist, so he can demand the same from his team. After the job was completed, Mark called again to make sure the sprinkler system was installed to my liking and to ask if I had any questions. I wish all my service contacts were half as great as this team. The price & their service was truly amazing."

"FSS did a fantastic job stabilizing our foundation. It took two weeks to complete the work. They drove the pipes 40' before they found solid ground. They did discover we had a water leak in two of our bathrooms(toilet & shower) most likely this caused the 4" drop. We should have done this more than 10 years ago but my husband was in denial. Robert was the foreman on our house and we could not have asked for a better person. Be sure to ask for Robert. We went with FSS because they were by far the least expensive and not as pushy as the others who came out and gave us quotes. My husband end up going by their warehouse to inspect the product before we made our decision. He is a farm boy who can fix anything but I refused to let him tackle this project. He was happy with the product and I was happy with the end results. My flower beds look just as they did before the job started. They came in like Ninjas; did the work and left without a trace. We are very happy and have already gave their number to two of our friends."
