Project completed, though I'm still awaiting final receipt still after work completion I have their initial receipt and work was done to satisfaction. Seem like good company just a bit slow on receipts. Other than that I'd recommend and would use again."

"I went great! Terrance came out the afternoon I called. He assessed the situation, established a plan and provided an estimate on the spot, which he detailed and followed up with a formal email bid when he got back to the office. The construction of the addition had also left a great deal of bare ground and we had Andy's re-sod the grass. They provided some of the most beautiful grass I have seen in awhile. Work started on a Tuesday; the drainage system was finished on Thursday; the grass installation on Saturday morning. These folks are very professional. I see that some reviewers have said their prices are a little high. Having seen what too much runoff and flooding can do to property, we wanted a well established company to do the work and felt the bid was fair for the job. Once work got underway, we knew we had made the right choice."

It would have been better to let me know clearly that the installer was over booked because I stayed home for three days when I had things that I needed to do and was waiting."

(For some reason I could not find the business again when I went back to write this review.) While some other companies REFUSE to give a ballpark quote, even when you know exactly what needs to be done, Ray quoted me a reasonable range. "James and Jaime arrived at my residence with a professional and friendly demeanor. Their first impressions was consistent from start to finish. Upon there arrival they quickly assessed the work to be done and began replacing my old water softener with a new one. After completing the plumbing reconfiguration, James and Jaime gave me a tutorial to program the new water softener. When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. The cost for services was reasonable and the office will work with you on any questions regarding reasonable cost adjustments. I would use Aaron and Hager Plumbing (new business name soon to be "Eager Plumbing") for future plumbing needs."

"FSS did a fantastic job stabilizing our foundation. It took two weeks to complete the work. They drove the pipes 40' before they found solid ground. They did discover we had a water leak in two of our bathrooms(toilet & shower) most likely this caused the 4" drop. We should have done this more than 10 years ago but my husband was in denial. Robert was the foreman on our house and we could not have asked for a better person. Be sure to ask for Robert. We went with FSS because they were by far the least expensive and not as pushy as the others who came out and gave us quotes. My husband end up going by their warehouse to inspect the product before we made our decision. He is a farm boy who can fix anything but I refused to let him tackle this project. He was happy with the product and I was happy with the end results. My flower beds look just as they did before the job started. They came in like Ninjas; did the work and left without a trace. We are very happy and have already gave their number to two of our friends."
